Personalized homeschool activities

# A homeschool day with room for t h e i r i d e a s.

Keep the curriculum you chose. Use Nookly to turn today’s question — dinosaurs, flour, a bug on the step — into an activity, printable, video or story built around your child.

Planning your year

## Requirements and funding Cover your requirements. Plan your funding.

Curriculum

### Keep your curriculum on track

Rules differ by state and country — many ask for set subjects, records or work samples. Create the materials your plan needs:

- Lesson plans
Weekly plans for the subjects you cover.
- Reading lists
Books matched to age and interests.
- Math practice
Printables and games for today's skill.
- Science activities
  Hands-on tests with everyday things.
- Writing prompts
  Journals, story starters, planners.
- Work samples
  Finished pieces for your records.
- Progress notes
  What you covered, and when.
- Art & music
  Coloring pages, songs, projects.

Funding

### ESA funding eligibility

Some US states offer Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) that help pay for approved learning materials. Each program sets its own rules.

1. 1
   Check eligibility
See if your state runs an ESA and whether your child qualifies.
2. 2
   Review approved expenses
Each program lists the products and vendors it accepts.
3. 3
   Keep receipts
Most programs ask for proof of what you bought and how it's used.

Nookly doesn't decide ESA eligibility or give legal advice. Confirm details with your state's program.

How Nookly works

## Made in five steps From child to finished thing, in five steps.

Step one

### First, Nookly gets to know the child.

Before anything is made, you tell Nookly who this child actually is — how they look, who lives in their house, the friends and pets they talk about, and what they are obsessed with this month. Everything Nookly creates later is built from this one profile.

Set up once. Reused in everything after.

Step 1 of 5

Siblings, same table

## Different learners One family. Different learners.

The six-year-old wants to count. The nine-year-old wants to argue about it.

You describe each child — age, interests, what’s clicking and what isn’t — and create a version that fits. Same topic, different depth, so the whole table can work on volcanoes together.

Nookly makes the material. You still decide what’s next, what’s working and when it’s time for a break.

The younger one

Count the volcano layers, color the lava, retell it with a toy.

The older one

Compare two eruptions, write a headline, present the evidence at dinner.
